The Artist
The Art

&

Deep in the forest of the interior of British Columbia lies the pristine and world renowned Wells Gray Provincial Park. This is where I call home. Growing up surrounded by nature has been a constant source of inspiration. I began creating pebble art in 2018, collecting beach finds from the shores of oceans, rivers and lakes. I’ve also been known to occasionally tumble up-cycled broken vintage glass and china. Over the years, my style has evolved to become  minimalistic. Creating with as few materials as possible allows the viewer to appreciate the textures and shapes, while still telling an impactful story with my art. Each ‘imperfectly perfect’ pebble, tiny bit of sea glass or weathered piece of driftwood have been thoughtfully chosen and carefully arranged. And just as you see reflected in nature, each picture is truly one of a kind. When purchasing a piece, you will find a special note enclosed, detailing which shores the materials came from. My hope is that each piece that I create will bring a little joy and a lot of love to its new forever home.

With Love,

Jules
